T’was a night to remember…the trees swayed with the cool evening breeze and dim lights illuminated the pathway which led to the dining hall. The scent of fresh blooms permeated the air and contributed to the excitement of the evening. It was all so romantic…so Parisian!!! After months of fundraising and preparations, the Junior Senior banquet finally reached its climax tonight at the Rivermill in French Camp.

Juniors and Seniors alike donned their best evening suits and dresses for this unforgettable affair. Soothing calm music and dim lights added to the ambiance as a delectable dinner of chicken and creamy gravy, pasta, and asparagus was served. To top it off, our chef surprised us all with his own work of art—a thick fudgy brownie in the shape of the Eiffel Tower covered with ice cream and a strawberry. We all enjoyed that!

Bro. Regnart concocted and interesting story “Where in the world is Joseph and Jessica?” in which he played with the words and replaced them with our names. Everyone finally relaxed with a game of Bingo started which Monique Islas won. Finally, the most anticipated event of the evening, was the coronation of Joseph De La Fuente and Tara Withers as the King and Queen. Brittany Muela and Jeffrey Klee were crowned Prince and Princess. The occasion ended with the continuous flashing of cameras, and lots of hugs and goodbyes. We were all sad to leave the magical place.
