2011 Tour Information

• 1.) We will either be using American carriers or the Israeli airline El Al with nonstop flights from New York City to Tel-Aviv. All San Francisco flights will fly directly to New York City were we will be connecting with our nonstop flight to Tel Aviv.
• 2.) We will be discussion the dispersion of Israel by the Romans, under General Titus in 70 A.D. with the siege of Jerusalem. We then will visit Masada were some of Israel’s freedom fighters from that time-period held out against the mighty Roman Empire for approximately two years as the world watched. This will help us put into perspective the miracle of the words of the prophets who prophesied that Israel would one day be gathered back into her homeland.
• 3.) This tour will be highlighting several modern day miracles in relation to partial fulfillments of the Scripture such as Israel’s birth and the war of independence, and the significance of the famous war of 1967 when the city of Jerusalem was captured from Jordan.
• 4.) We will also be studying the future role of Israel and the city of Jerusalem in relation to the Gentile nations that will come against her during the final war of this age that is often called Armageddon. This war will usher in Messiah who will defend her before setting up the Kingdom Age.
• 5.) To fully understand the present, we will travel back in time as we follow the story of the promised Savior. This will take us to several sites mentioned in the Old Testament pertaining to kings and prophets, and many New Testament sites that pertain to the life and times of Christ.
• 6.) One day we will spend some time in the Jewish quarters of Jerusalem. Here, we will eat and take time to shop for souvenirs. We will visit the Temple Institute, which is preparing the instruments to be used in the next temple. Then we will visit the Temple Mount where at present stands a Muslim mosque that will be removed when the next temple is built.
• 7.) While in Jerusalem we will be visiting the Garden Tomb, the Mount of Olives, and other areas that pertain to the last few days of the life of Christ.
• 8.) While we are the area of Galilee we will take a ride on a boat similar to the one Jesus and His disciples used. We will visit some important sites of Christ’s life such as the synagogue at Capernaum, the Church of Beatitudes, and the Jordan River.
• 9.) It is our desire that while we are learning about Christ and the end times that we also take time to build friendships and have good Christian fellowship among us. One evening while in Jerusalem after dinner, for those that want to go, we will take a walk down to the old city and shop in the Arab market. This is always an enjoyable time on our tours.
