Acts Twenty9 ministry offers several different types of small groups for both young men and young ladies.
Some of our small groups for young men focus on basketball for both junior and seniors. These groups encourage them to be physically challenged and enjoy a time of devotion in a Christian environment. They also provide a place to have fun, relax and build friendships.
Our Jr. High small group offers fun, games and devotions. All Jr. High students are encouraged to bring a good attitude and expect a great time among friends.
We have a musician's small group that focuses on developing future musicians and singers. This is a great opportunity for young people to establish their musical talents while creating relationships with others of common interests.
Acts Twenty9 ministry also schedules separate events for the young men and young ladies of Acts Twenty9. “Guys night out”, focuses on building godly character and creating unity amongst our young men. Our recent “Guys Night Out” consisted of over 30 young men getting together and having dinner with Pastor Tim Ramonett. This evening was dedicated to our young men experiencing a great time of fellowship with one another. They participated in several games, enjoyed great food, and a specific time of devotion.
The young ladies of Acts Twenty9 also look forward to their special event nights. Our recent “Girls Night Out” entitled, getting to know you, was an evening filled with fun, food and laughter. This was held in a relaxed environment where all of the girls were able to open up to one another for a chance to build closer friendships.
Each week our Acts Twenty9 students gather together for a time of prayer. Friday Night Prayer is also open to all parents who want to join us in praying for this Generation. This time of prayer includes, personal needs, focused prayer, and real talk. Here we challenge our students to draw closer to God and go deeper in their relationship with Him. There is no better place for your student to be on a Friday evening than in the presence of God. Please join us!
